Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, and only for the same product in a different size.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

Items must meet the same return requirements listed above: unworn, in original condition, and with the original tag attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs both ways.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

Exchanges requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for new, unworn jewelry within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing, depending on order volume.
Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have the original tag attached.

Products will be inspected upon arrival. Items that are worn, damaged, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Refunds & Store Credit

Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved, minus a $6 processing fee.

Refunds are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or wrong size sent).
Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale, Sample Sale, Limited Edition, and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by the store; customers are responsible for postage.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items not received.
