Exchange & Return

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, and only for the same product in a different size.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

  • Items must meet the same return requirements listed above: unworn, in original condition, and with the original tag attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs both ways.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

  • Exchanges requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for new, unworn jewelry within 24 hours of delivery. 

  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing, depending on order volume.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have the original tag attached.

  • Products will be inspected upon arrival. Items that are worn, damaged, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for refund or credit.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved, minus a $6 processing fee.

  • Refunds are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or wrong size sent).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale, Sample Sale, Limited Edition, and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by the store; customers are responsible for postage.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items not received.
