Gemstone Cleansing

Cleanse with sunlight, moonlight, smudging, quartz, or selenite. Do this once a month, or weekly if worn daily.

  • Each bead is made from natural gemstones, minor variations in color, pattern, and slight imperfections are to be expected. These unique characteristics make every bracelet one-of-a-kind, showcasing the natural beauty of the stones

Warranty Policy

At Emma Dern Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We hope your experience with us is positive and worry-free. With that, we provide a one-year free warranty. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our commitment to you, giving clear guidelines on how we handle warranty claims and what you can expect from us.

What's Covered

  • If the center stone becomes dislodged, please save it carefully and take it to your local jeweler for repair. We will reimburse the cost up to $100 upon receiving the invoice or receipt.

  • If the center stone falls off and is lost, you will be required to pay 30% of your order amount to obtain a new center stone from us. We do not provide free replacement center stones. Please have the new stone set by your local jeweler, and we will cover the repair cost up to $100 upon receiving the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

  • If any side stones fall off, we will provide replacement side stones free of charge for the first occurrence of damage or loss. Please have your local jeweler set the new stones. We will cover the cost up to $100 upon receiving the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

  • If the prongs of your ring become loose, please have them tightened by your local jeweler. We will reimburse the cost up to $50 upon receiving the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

  • The above measures are intended to avoid further damage during shipping and prevent delays in returning your piece. However, if your local jeweler charges too much or is unable to repair the piece, please send it back to us.

  • These guidelines cover common situations. For special cases, we will handle them individually as they arise.

Please note that production typically takes approximately 10-18 business day. As each item is individually handcrafted with great care and attention to detail, the additional time allows us to maintain a higher level of quality and craftsmanship.
