What's Covered

If the center stone becomes dislodged, please save it carefully and take it to your local jeweler for repair. We will reimburse the cost up to $100 upon receiving the invoice or receipt.

If the center stone falls off and is lost, you will be required to pay 30% of your order amount to obtain a new center stone from us. We do not provide free replacement center stones. Please have the new stone set by your local jeweler, and we will cover the repair cost up to $100 upon receiving the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

If any side stones fall off, we will provide replacement side stones free of charge for the first occurrence of damage or loss. Please have your local jeweler set the new stones. We will cover the cost up to $100 upon receiving the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

If the prongs of your ring become loose, please have them tightened by your local jeweler. We will reimburse the cost up to $50 upon receiving the invoice or receipt. This reimbursement is available for one instance only.

The above measures are intended to avoid further damage during shipping and prevent delays in returning your piece. However, if your local jeweler charges too much or is unable to repair the piece, please send it back to us.
